This Mid-Beach condominium in Miami Beach was transformed through thoughtful interior modifications and full-service turnkey decorating to create a relaxed coastal retreat that embraces the surrounding views of the Miami Beach shoreline and the downtown skyline.

Our interior design studio was engaged to refine the existing architecture, introduce custom millwork, lighting improvements and window treatments, and fully furnish the residence to function as a welcoming vacation home. The goal was to maximize comfort and seating within a compact footprint while allowing the breathtaking outdoor environment to remain the star of the experience.

One of the primary design challenges of this Miami Beach condo renovation was creating ample seating and gathering areas within a relatively small interior footprint. Vacation homes often serve as social spaces where family and guests gather, so thoughtful space planning was essential.

Through carefully scaled furnishings, custom millwork solutions, and strategic furniture placement, the interior was organized to support both intimate everyday living and comfortable entertaining. Built-in elements and tailored seating configurations allowed the space to function efficiently without feeling crowded. While the project involved light interior modifications rather than a full structural renovation, targeted architectural improvements made a meaningful impact on the overall design.

Ceiling refinements integrated lighting that elevated the ambiance of the home. Electrical upgrades were implemented to support motorized window shades, allowing the homeowners to effortlessly manage natural light and privacy while preserving the dramatic ocean and skyline views.

Custom closets and bespoke millwork were designed to maximize storage and maintain clean architectural lines throughout the residence.
