MIDDLE RIVER DRIVE
Middle River Drive is a refined coastal-contemporary waterfront residence in Fort Lauderdale’s Middle River / Sunrise Intracoastal, designed for owners who love hosting family and friends. Our scope was full-service furnishing and interior decoration across 6,000 square feet, layering the home’s soft neutral architecture with sculptural furnishings, tailored upholstery, curated art, and performance textiles built for South Florida’s climate. Every room was planned with entertaining in mind, from an open kitchen that flows seamlessly into the main living areas to a primary suite designed as a private retreat away from the activity below. Durable, family-friendly materials were chosen throughout without compromising on elegance, ensuring the home holds up to daily life on the water. The result is a residence that feels polished and composed for its owners, yet warm and effortless for waterfront living, entertaining, and everyday family moments alike.
APOGEE
Apogee is a modern condo renovation in South of Fifth, Miami Beach, designed for a client who wanted an open-concept residence with panoramic views of Fisher Island, Miami Beach and the Miami downtown skyline. Working as Stephanie Tatem’s Miami interior designer team, our full-service scope spanned renovation and complete furnishing, with custom millwork, layered lighting, and a refined material palette used to define distinct living zones without walls. Warm woods and stone surfaces were selected to ground the space, while floor-to-ceiling glass and an open floor plan allow the waterfront views to remain the true centerpiece of the home. The result is a home that feels expansive yet purposefully composed — open, sophisticated, and framed entirely by its extraordinary waterfront setting, day and night.
THE COSMOPOLITAN
The Cosmopolitan is a modern condo renovation in South of Fifth, Miami Beach, designed for a client seeking a light-filled home with unobstructed skyline and port views. Our full-service scope included architectural reconfiguration, custom millwork, bathroom renovations, lighting design, and complete furnishing. Squaring off angled walls, opening sightlines between kitchen and living areas, and introducing custom cabinetry transformed a fragmented layout into a cohesive, functional home that feels expansive, connected, and effortlessly livable. Every material and finish was selected to complement the building’s coastal setting, from honed stone surfaces to warm oak millwork that softens the modern architecture. The result speaks to TATEM Interiors’ broader philosophy as a Miami interior designer: that thoughtful renovation can transform even the most fragmented layout into a home that feels both sophisticated and genuinely livable, day to day.
DC TOWNHOUSE
DC Townhouse is a bold, eclectic 3,300-square-foot home near Adams Morgan and Dupont Circle, Washington, DC, designed for a family who wanted every room to spark joy. Our scope included light architectural renovation, custom millwork and furniture design, and full-service decorating, blending Italian mid-century influences with antiques and contemporary pieces. Vibrant color and pattern, balanced by grounding neutrals, create a home that feels playful, personal, and refined — vibrant enough to surprise, yet practical for everyday family life.

57 Ocean I is a relaxed modern coastal condo in Mid-Beach, Miami Beach — another example of TATEM’s work as a Miami interior designer for effortless vacation living. Designed to function as a welcoming vacation home, our scope included light interior modifications, custom millwork, lighting and window treatment upgrades, and full turnkey furnishing within a compact footprint. Motorized shades, built-in storage, and thoughtfully scaled seating maximize comfort without visual clutter. The result is an understated, light-filled retreat where the terrace becomes a second living room and the ocean and skyline views remain the true focal point.
YACHT CLUB PORTOFINO
Yacht Club Portofino is a refined coastal-contemporary waterfront condominium in South of Fifth, Miami Beach, designed as a sophisticated turnkey vacation home. Our full-service scope spanned team assembly and construction coordination through custom millwork, material selection, and complete turnkey decorating. Bespoke cabinetry, curated furnishings, and a timeless, durable palette were chosen to complement — not compete with — sweeping views of Fisher Island and the Miami skyline, resulting in a residence that feels polished, relaxed, and effortlessly elevated.
ONE OCEAN
One Ocean is a refined contemporary townhome in South of Fifth, Miami Beach, designed for a young professional family building their first home together as they welcomed a new baby. Our scope covered construction coordination, custom architectural millwork, and full turnkey decorating across 2,300 square feet, with layered textures and a neutral palette chosen to showcase the clients’ art collection. The result is a sophisticated yet family-friendly home, with a balcony retreat that extends living space into the coastal air.
57 OCEAN II
57 Ocean II is TATEM Interiors’ newest project currently underway in the same Mid-Beach, Miami Beach building as 57 Ocean I. Following the success of its sister residence, this second collaboration continues our full-service approach to coastal-contemporary design — from custom millwork and lighting to complete turnkey furnishing. As a Miami interior designer with deep experience in this waterfront community, we’re excited to bring the same relaxed sophistication and thoughtful detail to this next chapter.
