The original unit was defined by heavy soffits, irregular angles, and awkward transitions that visually compressed the space. Our design approach focused on architectural simplification — removing all unnecessary angles and soffits, streamlining the ceiling plane, and creating clean, cohesive lines throughout the residence. The result is a brighter, more expansive interior that feels significantly larger than its footprint.

To maintain a sleek, gallery-inspired aesthetic, all traditional light switches were eliminated and replaced with integrated keypad controls. This thoughtful upgrade allows uninterrupted wall space, ensuring the focus remains on curated artwork, architectural lighting, and premium finishes — a defining element of luxury interior design in Miami Beach.

The primary suite was strategically reconfigured to enhance both comfort and function. By reclaiming underutilized entry space, the primary bathroom renovation created a more spacious, spa-like environment. The primary walk-in closet was significantly expanded by resizing the bedroom footprint — prioritizing custom storage solutions that elevate everyday living in a high-end condo setting.

Additional improvements included expanding the AC closet to incorporate dedicated utility storage, seamlessly integrating practicality into the refined design.
